We strive to create websites that are designed completely optimized for speed and standards compliance. phpMyDEV.com is a perfect example. We want to provide you with the same attention to detail we give our own site. This site is built with 95% CSS elements and positioning. There is only one table - in the lamp cloud hosting page, which has tabular data and requires the use of tables (to be practical).

The themes that you see are changed according to the date for the holidays of the coming year. At the time of this writing, Firefox 3 is still in use and requires the use of a separate stylesheet using -moz- in front of now standard directives. phpMyDEV.com is written primarily for Firefox 3+ and Internet Explorer 9, which support the curves in use on this site. If you do not see the curves, you are using IE8 or earlier, or some other, older browser. This site also works in Safari and Chrome. Version 11.51 of Opera has now been tested on Linux and Windows and works nicely on both platforms.

***Update*** The -moz- indicator does not require a separate style sheet, and I have discovered that only Linux users really need a separated stylesheet - to accommodate the width of the main menu and subsequent width of the main body of the site. I don't know how to make the stylesheet dynamic without parsing it with PHP.
